Job description

  • Execute the annual training plan, including: professional & technical training, motivation training, etc.;
  • Execute, coordinate and support Sections of HR Department in utilization of Career Path Framework in appraisal, promotion/class qualification, recruitment, professional & technical training, etc.;
  • Execute employee engagement survey (ES) & ES utilization;
  • Monitor, manage and continuously update training and learning activities on the Learning Management System;
  • Conduct and synthesize post-training evaluation for internal and in-house training activities;
  • Innovate Training & Development activities constantly to keep up with training & learning trends & demands;
  • Cooperate with Departments/ Sections in the Company to deploy relevant professional training;
  • Support and collaborate with other Sections in HR Department to realize common goals of the Department.

Job Requirement

  • Major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related majors;
  • Good command in English (IELTS 6.5/TOEIC 800+) and Microsoft office;
  • Strong knowledge/experience on staff development and human resources management;
  • Good at presentation, communication, ability to work independently and professionally with all levels of personnel.

  • Work location: HCMC 
  • Working time: 8:00 - 17:00 from Monday to Friday
