Job description

Manage and run multiple user acquisition campaigns across platforms (Google, Facebook, Applovin, ASO, etc.)

• Analyze data through (1) various ad campaign metrics (installs, CPI, CTR, IR, ROI/ROAS), and (2) A/B testing for creatives in order to understand user behaviors and scale campaigns effectively

• Work closely with global vendors/ ad networks to optimize campaigns

• Understand and implement each ad network’s best practices as well as test new ad networks to expand user inventories

• Continuous A/B testing of creative/targeting/bidding strategies to maximise performance

• Monitor campaigns to ensure media spend is on track against Monthly, Quarterly and Annual budgets

• Highlight key learnings from ongoing experimentation & share with others within the company

• Analyze creatives and ad data sets, identify best practices, and provide data-backed insights to improve our marketing performance

• Collaborate with creative team and product team to provide insight and help to produce new key creatives.
