Job description

• Make statistic, storage and do an analysis of daily data;
• Check delivery of chemicals with warehouse units;
• Control and monitor chemical products in the warehouse;
• Prepare and track forms for department activities;
• Establish and instruct operators when equipment, technology or workshop are changed;
• Plan for production: shifts schedule, timekeeping machine changed schedule, leaves;
• Receive stationery, medical and labor protection tools;
• Support the ISO work of applied systems in the Motivation department.
• Operate equipment as needed;
• Complete activities on safety, quality improvement, environment, energy reporting;
• Make work reports and other requests from superiors;
• Cooperate and coordinate with the Engineering and Maintenance team to get the day tasks done on schedule;
• Participate in periodic SOP training or when new updates are made for new operators and personnels;
• Participate in the assessment of theoretical, assessing operating skills and practical operational knowledge for new hires.

Job Requirement

• Graduate from Electrical, Mechanical, Thermal electricity or related majors;
• Be proficient in English (IELTS 6.5/TOIEC 800) and Microsoft Office;
• Knowledge of dynamic devices (Electrical, mechanical, thermal, chemical);
• Have equipment maintenance skills, and ISO awareness training and evaluation;
• Experience in maintenance and operation of power equipment;
• Handle situations and report information in writing or software well;
• Able to work in both indoors & outdoors, at night or in day-off if necessary;
• Have boiler operating certificate or a safety certificate in training the safety of equipment with strict requirements on occupational safety and health is a priority;

• Working location: Dong Nai (have shuttle bus from HCMC)
