Job description

• Have a clear understanding of the company policies and vision how the warehouse contributes of these;
• Planning of offloading and stacking of materials per scribed inventory system;
• Procedure for upload and release RMs and finish good as FIFO. Arrangement and control RMS as location and concept of 5S;
• Allocated duty each worker for their responsibility in case losing goods;
• Organization for inventory periodic weekly, monthly, quarter;
• Report inventory stock for periodic monthly in detail for each item. Analysis deeply stock value for making an alert to relate departs and board of director;
• Control reclaimed material under order balance sheet. Making debit note to production unit if material reclaim had not enough with balance order;
• Settle and control security, warehouse security through Camera system, making process supervisor for security team. Diary monitor camera system.

Job Requirement

• At least 15 years experienced in management level with background experience in lingerie,  intimates, garment or textile business is preferred;
• Male or Female, age from 40 - 50 years old;
• Bachelor Degree in Industrial Management, Logistics or related field required;
• Proficient understanding of the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of Supply Chain, Material Management, Warehouse Management, Logistics and all related focus areas;
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.

Other Information

• Attractive fixed salary (negotiable depending on the profile and experience);
• Attractive bonus on the performance via the target reaching appraisal;
• Working location: Dong Nai (have shuttle bus from HCM);
• Working time: Monday to Friday.
