Job description

• Overseeing/controlling shipment loading and unloading, handling day-to-day operations for the overall warehouse, and making shipment schedules;
• Monitoring inventory levels using software programs (Excel, SAP) and initiating transportation or shipments when inventory levels become too low or high;
• Enforcing facility security and employee safety measures to ensure that the warehouse adheres to the government’s/ company safety standards;
• Examining related materials and goods to identify defects and check their quantity;
• Overseeing teams and operators, assigning operators schedules, organizing employee training, and developing teamwork initiatives;
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, and vendors by email or phone to coordinate equipment needs and schedule shipments;
• Implement J-SOX as a daily operation.

Job Requirement

• Major in Business Administration, Industrial Management or related majors;
• At least 2 years of experience in data controlling of warehouse;
• Fluent English, and proficient in MS Office;
• Have knowledge of data system;
• Strong calculating and analytical skills;
• Be well-organized, detail – oriented, and hard – working.
