Mô tả công việc

• Responsible for all accounting and financial activities for Company.
• Directly lead accounting team, train, and support them in technical tasks, new policy or regulations.
• Control all expense entry in ledgers. Analysis and control Budget & Actual expense.
• Control material expense issue for production.
• Make the cash management and Treasury Service.
• Coordination with Planning, Production and Warehouse in control: Plans/ Schedules/ Takes Observation for Stock Taking (Cycle Count); Review Materials Control SOP and proposes to change if needed; Analysis aging Stock; and Control material expense issue for production.
• Analysis & Explanation of monthly financial reports, Accounting Management report, P/L Report by cost center & explanation (excel, SAP).
• Work with Tax Departments, Banks, Auditors and relevant local authorities

Yêu cầu công việc

• BA/BS Degree in Accounting, MBA, CPA or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management in manufacturing multinational company.
• Controlling a rather complex and growing distribution company, accounting according to local GAAP and IFRS.
• Experience with transaction systems SAP/ERP.
• Good knowledge of Vietnam taxation and legal accounting with experience to deal with tax authorities.
• Fluent English communication.
