Mô tả công việc

  • Promote and achieve sales of specialty feed additive products;
  • Develop sales strategies to reach out to new prospective customers (especially sales B2B) and/or industries;
  • Support and facilitate new product launches together with other relevant functions;
  • Cooperate with functional team to ensure best product, service quality and good information flow and solve customers’ issues;
  • Set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for Sales department/ each sales team and Sales executives;
  • Work with marketing colleagues for responsible business research and analysis;
  • Do market research, analyze, evaluate clients, projects and find way to approach them for sales against the main competitors;
  • Arrange regular trainings for salesmen;
  • Make weekly, monthly, yearly report.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary or related to Animal Science, master's degree is preferred;
  • More than 4 years in the animal nutrition and health industry  in sales B2B, especially Feed Additive / Supplement (enzyme);
  • Good command of English;
  • Good communication, negotiation, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
