Mô tả công việc

  • Responsible for achieving the sales target of the team.
  • Motivate and coach team members to attain targets.
  • Provide leads and convert into customers.
  • Conductingrange selling/line penetration the existing customers
  • Conduct basic food safety, audits& chemical handling training
  • Handle customer complaints/objections and ensure matter has been solved and closed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and improving relationships with customers.
  • Responsible for computing and providing the selling price for chemicals with the best margin.
  • In charge of stock forecasting & re-ordering.
  • Sets examples for all staff in areas of personal character, commitment organizational and selling skills, and work habits, Adheres to all company policies, procedures,  and Conductingrange selling/line penetration the existing customers.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Have at least 05 years of experience in sales and marketing in B2B, B2C in the Chemical, Ink, or Pain industry.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to lead sales team.
  • Strong in Business/Market Development.
  • Strong in Problem Solving and Negotiation skills, and Customers Focus Strategy.
  • Fluent communication in English.
  • Strongly skilled in communication, teamwork, presentation, negotiation and diplomacy.
