Mô tả công việc

• Monitor and analyze new laws affecting factory operations, particularly in areas like fire safety, construction, electricity, and energy;
• Provide legal advice on factory-related matters such as electricity, energy (solar, biomass, etc.), environmental regulations, and construction;
• Manage compliance-related tasks within the factories;
• Translate documents between Vietnamese and English;
• Communicate with authorities to clarify legal issues related to the above areas and ensure company compliance;
• Work with other teams to complete assigned tasks;
• Understand the objectives of the Compliance Section.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor of Laws;
• General knowledge of Vietnamese laws and factual business, manufacture knowledge;
• Have at least 02-03 years of experience in the law field for factory operation such as fire protection and prevention, construction, energy, land, etc. 
• Excellent English skills.
