Job description

• Develop and maintain the infrastructure department’s strategic road map, ensuring that infrastructure capabilities continually support the overall business’s goals and objectives.
• Responsible for leading a team of system and database administrators to securely deploy and host our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform across multiple cloud environments.
• Ability to balance the risks, costs, and value of software deployment, configuration, and operation.
• Continually review and improve policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient IT change management capability.
• Apply DevOps principles to increase safe deployment frequency over time to deliver customer value faster.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions for infrastructure and operational challenges such as scalability, security, stability, and cost.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with other departments, especially the product development team, to maximize the safety and efficiency of software deployment and operation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest operational trends, tools and technologies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure/Security/Operations, with at least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Experience in defining policies and procedures for IT security and change management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong technical skills in infrastructure fundamentals such as Cloud (AWS, VMWare), Networking, and Server Administration (Windows, Linux).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and decision-making skills
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
