Mô tả công việc

This position focuses on improving production quality and stability through CP testing, process monitoring, and technical innovation. Main responsibilities include:

• Plan and conduct CP tests with cross-functional teams;
• Analyze test results, prepare reports, and recommend improvements;
• Monitor daily/monthly production to ensure stable operations;
• Revise SOPs and technical standards based on operational needs;
• Propose new equipment, materials, or methods to solve technical issues;
• Support implementation and handover of new technologies to production teams.

 

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Food Science or other related technology fields;
• Proficient in English (4 skills);
• Strong knowledge in fermentation technology, general knowledge of fermentation process for vinegar and soy sauce;
• Strong skills in calculation, numerical analysis, and data;
• Proactive learning attitude, effective communication, logical thinking & cooperation skill.
