Mô tả công việc

1. Review and support BU and functional departments in leasing farms and establishing new farm projects

2. Complete and maintain database of legal documents for farms and legal entities

3. Review and implement legal procedures with the competent authorities for licencing the legal entities, ensuring full compliance in company's activities.

4. Provide consultancy to functional departments and/or BU upon requested by line manager

5. Update regulations and create update to relevant departments/ BU

6. Other related tasks for Legal department as assigned by line manager

Yêu cầu công việc

- HCMC University of Law, Lawer pratice Certificate is preferable

- Knowledge on regulations of investment, land, farm industry, commercial matters

- 5-7 years of experience in legal industry

- Good logical mind

- Carefulness, patience, persuasive communication, open-mind
