Mô tả công việc

What we do:

1. Recruitment (70%)

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job analysis, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate selection.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key positions within the company.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide appropriate hiring solutions.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

2. HR Operations (15%)

• Coordinate with an external HR service provider to review and reconcile monthly payroll data.
• Monitor and report employee changes to the service provider for social insurance (SI) declarations.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare and manage employment contracts and related HR documents.

3. Sales Administration (15%)

·  Draft and manage service agreements/contracts between the company and clients.

·  Prepare debit notes, coordinate with the accounting team to issue invoices, and follow up on client payments.

4. Other duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc

Who are you:

• 1–3 years of experience in HR.
• Good English communication skills are a plus.
• Strong recruitment capability.
• Good understanding of Vietnam Labor Law.
• Friendly, positive personality with strong interpersonal and team-connecting skills.
• Willing to learn, take initiative, and work as part of a team
• Passionate about HR, recruitment, and making a positive impact
• Strong in utilizing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to drive networking and candidate pool development.
