Mô tả công việc

• Prepare export certificates: Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Health & organic certificate, packing declaration;
• Prepare all Certificates of Origin: AK, VK, B, D, E, AANZ, EUR.1, CPTPP, REX & Others;
• Issue invoice and packing list for export shipments;
• Make customs declaration and clearance for export shipments;
• Collect all original shipping documents as the customer's requirement (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, health certificate, other documents if any);
• Follow up the schedule to ensure the smooth shipments;
• Collect and submit documents to Customer by email and express courier;
• Check the final liquidation report from the accountant department and declare the liquidation report on ECUS 5 VNACCS;
• Solve all related issues during the above operation;
• Co-operate with other related teams to handle the shipment effectively.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Graduated from University with major in Import-Export;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Proficiency in Customs declaration and Customs regulations;
• Proficient in export procedures; 
• Proficient in English communication;
• Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel), ECUS VNACCS.
