Job description

• Manage and supervise daily import/export and customs operations.
• Coordinate with Customs authorities, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and logistics service providers.
• Review import/export documentation and ensure compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations.
• Resolve customs clearance issues and minimize operational risks.
• Coordinate with the HR and internal departments regarding import/export activities.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to improve operational efficiency.

Job Requirement

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Import/Export, Customs, or Logistics operations.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese Customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent is preferred.
