Mô tả công việc

• At Yes4all, the Ecommerce Team is the team that can provide the best value with outstanding achievement in revenues and innovative products with high profits for the company. As a dynamic team, we are on an ambitious journey to dominate not only Amazon sporting goods market but also to enter new e-commerce platform from many regions. Not only that, we do not emerge at only sporting goods, Home Furnishing and Mobile Platform are great opportunities that we desire to enter and occupy.
• - Conduct strategies/ plans to maintain good performance and manage team to push sales meet KPIs.
  - Deeply Research and Analysis market on E-commerce Platform (Amazon, Ebay, Walmart) in order to propose short term and long-term strategy for main category and sub-category.
  - Update and catch up market trend & company strategy to consult new product development and selling method for team members.
  - Monitor and delegate tasks/projects for team members.
  - Build up Sales team by training, hiring to achieve best value for company.
  - Coordinate with Marketing team to evaluate efficiency of marketing campaign/ strategy, and regulate marketing budget.
  - Co-operate with other departments (Supply Chain, R&D,…) for smooth running of sales operation such as inventory management and ordering. 
  - Prepare sales report & analysis (result-oriented) by week, month and quarter.
  - Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by senior leader/ manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance.
• At least 2-3 years working experience at the equivalent position, preferable in e-commerce.
• Knowledge and interested in Ecommerce, specialize in US Market is a plus.
• Knowledge or interested in Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Data Analysis.
• Preferably knowledge about the sporting goods.
• Preferably knowledge about Logistic and Operation.
• Preferably understand Concept drawingExperience in planning and team management (about 5-9 members).
• Have creativity, logical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Have the ability analysis business/ problem by metrics-driven.
• Great sense of integrity, responsibility and urgency.
• Must be team-oriented and self-motivated.
• Eager to learn and self-study.
• Be proactive with “can-do” attitude.
• Work well under intense pressure and adapt to an innovative and fast-paced environment.
