Mô tả công việc

• Build up recruitment plan;
• Understand in deep of each position‘s responsibilities, requirements and benefits;
• Exploit the necessary channels to attract talents;
• Research, screen, qualify CVs and make pre-call to check the job matching;
• Build up relationship with labor supplied parties; join the events/job fair at the Universities;
• Arrange appropriate interviews with Head of Department;
• Handle job offer and on-boarding arrangement;

Yêu cầu công việc

• At least 6 months working experience at the similar position.
• Candidate with real estate experience is preferred.
• Good sense of people development and company culture;
• Good task management skill;
• Can-do attitude;
• Prefer 9X;

• Company’s computer provided: No.
• Salary Payment time: 5th every month.
• 15 annual leaves per year.
