Mô tả công việc

- Record, take into account promptly, accurately every transaction relating to business activities.

- Handling Social Insurance (registration, change, termination, maternity leave, sick leave)

- Prepare labor contract, collect and keep the employee document for PIT, social insurance and company purpose.

- Calculate and prepare payment of salary, related office expense, VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT.

- Prepare financial statement and the quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT. PIT invoice usage), FCT report when arising and finalization report of PIT and CIT.

- Follow the company loan, register the loan with State Bank of Vietnam and pay the principal, interest, FCT on the due date;

- Working with Bank about the loan for company’s real estate project; Audit team and other partners.

- Store and secure accounting documents, keep financial information confidential;

- Other task as assignment of Director.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields.

- Ability to communicate and write in English.

- Positive attitude toward the work.

- Proficient in Accounting software (especially Misa), MS office.

- Experience: at least 3 years of experience in the same position.

- Understanding of VAT, CIT, PIT, especially FCT policies and Bank law.
