Job description

• Consult, negotiate contracts related to Tax and Accounting between Company and partners.
• Review and draft contracts, documents to ensure the legality before submitting to the BOM & BOD;
• Support team to apply for licenses & certificates for Company and branches as well as satisfy legal requests from Local authorities; 
• Compose official letters to authorities in Vietnamese – English bilingual
• Research relevant law stipulations and consult for issues arising from various activities of the Company.

Job Requirement

• Male, more than 27 years old;
• Bachelor’s or above degree in the field of Law (Commercial or Business);
• At least 03 years of experience in required field;
• Excellent English written and verbal skills;
• Be knowledgeable of Contract and Tax/Accounting Field (advantage);
• Have organizational, interpersonal, persuading and negotiation skills
• Be dynamic, creative, well-organized and hard-working
