Mô tả công việc

Position Summary

• 70% Handling of Certificate of Origin (C/O) and other export certificates: C/O, TC, Phyto, Fumigation, Health Certificate.
• 30% Handling of Customs Clearance : Customs clearance and reconciliation.

Key Resposibilities

• Prepare export certificates: Phytosanitary, Fumigation, Health & organic certificate
• Prepare Certificate of Origin (C/O): AK, VK, B, D, E, AANZ, EUR.1, CPTPP & Others
• Make Customs clearance for export shipments
• Make Customs reconciliation
• Solve all related issues during above operation.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Background: College’s degree or above, preferably in Economic field.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in Customs clearance & reconciliation, Certificate of Origin, other export certificates.
• Good knowledge about export Certificates, especially in Certificate of Origin, shipping documents and Incoterms.
• Well known export procedure, Customs clearance, and FTAs regulation
• Good at English communication in both written and spoken.
• Well known about procedure of C/O, export certificate.
• Proficiency of MS office and ECUS software.
