Mô tả công việc

- Manage daily operations in our DC to achieve all KPIs which are agreed by both parties.
- Provide relating reports or presentation to let our customer understand our updated status and performance.
- Act as connection between different departments or customers to provide solution to solve their issues & requirement.
- Assist Logistics Manager to monitor the progress of the project and chase relevant committee to submit their assignment on time to implement into our current operations with smooth transaction.
- Investigate all exceptional cases, including damage issue, discrepancy of delivery, IV issue from daily operations & stock take, etc.
- Ensure efficient communication channel in place to deliver the instruction and orders from Logistics Director, Senior Management & different department to our core staff in DC.
- Manage our 3PLs to fulfill our daily assignment with reaching the target of our KPIs which are agreed by both parties.
- Always follow the Code of Conduct of Circle K Vietnam in performing daily job assignment.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Qualifications: University or College, major in Logistics/Supply Chain or relevant courses
- Experiences: At least 1 years working experience
- Other Requirements:
+ Ability to react quickly, follow instruction, detailed oriented, hard-working & willing to learn
+ Time management skills, interpersonal skills, good communication & English is preferred
