Job description

1. In charge of existing products performance includes:

  • Handle tasks relating to preparation of Marketing plans and Brand performance evaluation;
  • Enhance Brand image & Sale performance;
  • Work closely with Agencies and co-operate tightly with related departments of company;
  • Conduct research & survey includes: Understand insight, usage habit of product, consumer taste preference, shopping habit, etc;
  • Manage all present social media channels with the daily operational tasks such as Facebook, Youtube, etc in order to create brand awareness and to enhance brand reputation;

2. Develop new products:

  • Undertake related tasks for preparing marketing plans of new products development;
  • Conduct survey and market research to consider market potential & consumer’s needs;

3. Manage the budget of sales volume/amount, marketing expenses, etc.

4. Perform other related duties as assigned by superior.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors;
  • At least 1.5 years experience of Marketing, Trade Marketing, Market Research, Advertising, working in FMCG industry.
  • Under 28 years old;
  • Good command of English (IELTS 6.0 or more - 4 skills);
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Strong understanding about Marketing and New product development;
  • Good knowledge of core marketing concepts, 3C, 4P, ATL – BTL;
  • Experience in research engines and digital/social marketing;
  • Have team-player and demonstrative collaboration skills with high sense of responsibility;
  • Consumer driven, strategic and rationale business mindset;
  • Good at communication, interpersonal, open-minded skills;
