Mô tả công việc

  • Research market trends, competitors and customer needs to develop product concepts and ideas.
  • Work with Sales and R&D to develop concepts, product stories and selling points.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, tastings and innovation sessions.
  • Support customer visits, including interpretation, product explanation and feedback collection.
  • Support recipe transfer, product trials and first production to ensure consistency with approved samples.
  • Evaluate trial and production samples and support quality/release decisions.
  • Develop customer-facing materials such as concept boards, presentations and product descriptions.
  • Maintain updated product information, market research and customer feedback for internal use.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Food R&D or product development background, 
  • Native or near-native English, spoken and written, able to explain technical food detail to a non-technical retail buyer without support.
  • Commercially curious: proposes ideas without being asked, not only communicates well.
  • Comfortable presenting and improvising in front of customers.
  • Experience with US, UK or Australian retail or foodservice private label.
