Job description
- Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste.
- Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management.
- Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency.
- Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field.
- Good communication in English
- Minimum of 5 years in production manager, preferably with experience in electrical panels.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.

Other Information
- Bonus: fixed bonus 13th monthly salary + 14th month salary, PI if company has profit
