Mô tả công việc

• Coach the team on production knowledge, technology, and standard production practices.
• Ensure GMP in production area and all parameter are properly executed and in range with standard.
• Supervise and cross check with the HACCP, QMS.
• Manage production to ensure the product quantity to be met the production plan based on PA planning.
• Manage production effectively through operational reviews and use Standard Routines.
• Coaching team members for their improvement in line.
• Lead the peers to deploy the action plan or requirement from Pillar or other committees.
• Co-ordinate with the related department (QA, ENG, RMP, AG) to ensure smooth production such as trial of new products, new recipe.
• Ensure the safety and healthy environment in plant.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University Degree with major in Electrical & Automation, Mechanical, Industrial System Engineering, Food Technology, etc.
• 03 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Process Engineer, or related position in global manufacturing companies.
• Having strong experience in Production Management, Leadership skills.
• Fluent communication in English.
• Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, etc.

• Working place: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai Province (have a shuttle bus from HCM).
• Time: Working in shift (3 shifts).
• Bonus: the 14th month salary (fix) & performance incentive: 1-3 months of salary, 24/7 Generali Assurance, etc.
