Mô tả công việc

• Carry out the recruitment process following company’s regulation and SOP;
• Be in charge of procedure for new employees including health check, data input, labor
• contract and orientation training;
• Create and develop talent pool by various sources/ activities;
• Manage recruitment module of Company website and service job advertisement
• websites;
• Take part in projects/ events led by HR;
• Carry out jobs assigned by superiors.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in related major.
• Good command for both written and spoken in English (IELTS 6.5 or more)
• Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Good knowledge in Labor Law and Human Resources field;
• Strong communication skills;
• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability of working under high pressure and multi-tasking.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
