Mô tả công việc

• Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in line with manufacturing operations;

• Monitor, analyze, and report periodic financial results to management;

• Operate and improve the financial system using Oracle ERP (GL, AP, AR, FA, Costing);

• Coordinate with other accounting departments and relevant teams to ensure financial efficiency;

• Analyze costs, track product pricing, and profitability;

• Ensure VAS compliance, support IFRS conversion, and prepare audit documentation;

• Act as a financial advisor to management on investment, cost savings, and strategy;

• Communicate effectively in English or Korean with international stakeholders.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field;

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment;

• Proficiency in Oracle ERP (Financial modules) is a must;

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, cash flow, and forecasting;

• Familiarity with local tax laws and compliance;

• Candidates with fluent English and/or Korean skills (written and spoken) are preferred;

• Advanced data analysis and Excel skills.
