Mô tả công việc

  • Execute and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans for production machinery and utilities.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, and root cause analysis (RCA) for mechanical and electrical equipment breakdowns.
  • Support process improvement and equipment optimization to enhance machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental standards.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and data in ERP or CMMS systems.
  • Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and QA teams to support production targets and minimize equipment downtime.
  • Provide technical guidance or on-the-job training to technicians when needed.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • At least 5 years of experience in factory maintenance, preferably in manufacturing environments.
  • Strong knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance, machine troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP or maintenance management software (e.g., SAP, Maximo, or equivalent).
  • Good understanding of safety standards and compliance procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
