Job description

Business planning
- Build and allocate sales target for sales staff (monthly, quarterly, and annual) according to the turnover and according to the total assignment from the Board of Directors.
- Develop plans, sales promotion plan, sales support.
- Coordinate with marketing department in planning marketing plans
- Plan the action plan of the department based on the instructions of the higher level.
- To propose a product development plan and organize the implementation of the approved plan.
Organize sales and build a professional sales management system
- Manage customer process according to assigned customer channel.
- Implement sales plan for business, support employees to achieve the assigned tasks.
- Make a deal with potential customers.
- Implementing sales promotion plans and programs
Monitoring sales
- Control of departmental norms based on statistical data and actual market situation.
- Monitor customer and competitor status.
- Implement / propose actions to adapt market fluctuations
Sales personnel management
- Recruit and train professional sales team
- Manage sales targets, skills, operation progress of each business
- Evaluation of business results, promotion, transfer, proposal, dismissal of business and human resource policies.

Job Requirement

- University graduate from university
- At least 5 years’ experience in the same position.
- Experienced in cosmetic
- Good communication and management skills.
- Good management skills.
