Job description

  • Manage and control production workshop
  • Managing and developing the staff, meeting the requirements, functions and tasks.Reviewing, determining the demand for quantity and quality of personnel, recruiting proposals. Training, coaching and instructing staff
  • Balancing the production capacity of the factory, proactively proposing solutions to improve the exploitation and use of machinery and human resources of the factory.
  • Plan, manage production schedule and coordinate with other related departments to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while achieving the highest quality of finished products
  • Maintain and improve the quality management system, in order to reduce the error rate of products and increase the efficiency of using materials, machinery and manpower
  • Ensure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant, maintain stable operation of production lines.
  • Managing related departments such as Planning, Sewing, Material Warehouse, Accessories Warehouse, Finished Products Warehouse.
  • Guide and solve problems arising thoroughly in the process of manufacturing and advising and proposing to the production Director the implementation method.
  • Implement special projects when required and other tesks as assigned

Job Requirement

  • At least 5 - 7 years working experience in the same position in garment manufacturing industry
  • University graduated with major in Garment/Textile or related fields
  • Excellent decision-making and follow-through skills
  • Ability to communicate with all organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Open for expats and local Vietnamese nationality
  • Chinese and English speaking is an advantage
  • Good conmputer skills
