Mô tả công việc

1/ Planning & Operation

• Ensure the new store expansion meet year plan;
• Develop operations plans to achieve targets;
• Control operations budget and cost, optimize returns on assets, increase sales and improve profits;
• Oversee and ensure operation and service of all stores are delivered and strictly followed at highest standard;
• Prepare relevant contracts to ensure law compliance and efficient manner;
• Work out with manager to oversee the progress of business development.

2/ People Management

• Manage performance evaluation for employees according to the evaluation schedule;
• Provide an environment of openness and trust, with constant feedback and performance coaching;
• Coordinate with Training Team to build training & development plan for Operations team;
• To operate within efficient headcount budgets for each season, tracking appropriate labor cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

• University degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or another related field
• Strong in opening and developing Stores Chain;
• Strong leadership skill to motivate and develop people;
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization;
• Experience: 5 years’ experience as Area Manager or higher with knowledge and insight in experience in F&B chain is a plus;
