Job description

  • Create and develop process mapping, procedures, documenting, JD update, planning, interview program, screening & selection criteria, practices for recruitment of how to align with compliance on local law, annual business targets and achieve A level for all self- assessment by internal or external auditors;
  • Create teamwork and continuous improvement to upgrade fulfill rate; select right person for right position;
  • Look for improvement opportunities to reduce turnover rate in probation;
  • Co-ordinate with C&B team to survey salary in market;
  • Update new changes of local law & client requirements to reset process mapping, procedures, documenting, JD update, planning, interview program, screening & selection criteria, practices for recruitment;
  • Take planning work for the team according to the development strategy of the company;
  • Create JD management SOP & updated periodically;
  • Create teamwork; mentor the members about local compliance rules; conduct soft-skill trainings such as screening; interview; data management; negotiation & presentation to develop their competences;
  • Integrate with other functions for recommending changes to develop recruiter's competences;
  • Create and develop hiring channel/ source to attract a large of candidate for selection;
  • Develop and train to develop skills for deputy;
  • Review and feedback on work result of GL/TL;
  • Take action plan for the result of hiring effectiveness analysis report;
  • Take questionaire to survey satisfaction level of the new comer and understand problems need to be improved for reducing turnoverate rate in probation.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Trade, Social and Humanity, Economic, Economic Laws, Business Administration, Finance, Hospitality Management;;
  • Have HRM certificate;
  • Good at MS office skills (MS excel, PowerPoint, word…);
  • Good at English;
  • At least 03 years experiences in the same position;
  • Strong in recruiting mass level;
  • Have knowledge of labor law & labor market, company's vision & strategy, Safety & HR strategy and create JD & updating skillset for each working position in HR;
  • Basic lean tools (including: 5S, 7 wastes, TM engagement, PDCA, Quality circle, kaizen activities, TT & CT, etc.);
  • Understand the general HSE requirements.
