Mô tả công việc

• Organize and plan the activities of the Engineering service which you are responsible of, including management of workload, assignment of tasks to the team members and adapt daily to the needs of the customers).
• Be in charge of full engineering process (from quotation to delivery of technical package to the workshop).
• Be constantly seeking for efficiency in the service by implementing continuous improvement actions.
• Animate/Coordinate the engineering department and manage the resources according to priorities, needs, deadlines,  search of the customer satisfaction and the control of the costs.
• Identify and take profit of the force and weakness of your team members and align their skills to the needs.
• Be in direct communication with customers (local and foreign) for quotation, technical request and follow up.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree of Mechanical Engineer;
• Have 05 years of experience in similar position for similar activities;
• Experienced in industrial metallurgy (Welded assemblies, boiler making, industrial mechanic, etc.) with an excellent technical knowledge on metalwork and mechanical systems designing and a strong background on the metalwork manufacturing;
• Mastering AutoCad, SolidWorks and other desk applications (Word, Excel…);
• Good knowledge on fabrication method and drawing management system (PDM);
• Good command in English both writing and speaking.
