Mô tả công việc

* Supplier QC:

• Audit new supplier and engage in new supplier selection                                    
• Analyze supplier data to look for risk points and take action for improvement                         
• Engage in verifying, making inspection standard                                    
• Evaluate supplier performance and rank suppliers                                    
• Deploy action to improve bad suppliers                                    
• Annual audit supplier to verify quality system                                    
• Analyze issue happing in lines relating to materials and generate solutions to handle issues                        
• Issue CAR/PAR, improvement request to supplier, drive for root cause analysis and improvement

* Planning QC:

• Monitor customer claim and solve market problem                                     
• Be window to receive claim information from customer and share this information to concern Dept and cooperate to investigate root cause, countermeasure                                
• Promote investigation to find route cause, take action and expand to similar problem for preventive action                                     
• The worst shipment model and part group analysis from data and propose quality issues for improvement                                    
• Visit & Check the actual situation/ error at customer's place                                    
• Return part analysis to solve customer problem claim        

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelors degree in Engineering of Electric, Electronic, Mechanical, Automation or relevant fields                                     
• 2 years at same position; Preferable experience in QA/QC, MFG/PE                                    
• Good command of English written and spoken (TOEIC from 450 upwards is preferable)      
• Have Microsoft Office  skill (Word, Excel & Powerpoint )                                    
• Good at analyzing & do report                                     
• Good communication, friendly, outgoing, adaptability, cooperative                                
• Good problem solving and logical thinking                                
• High responsibility and teamwork skill                                                            
• Understanding technical drawing                                
• Can use basic measuring equipment tools
