Your role
In charge of leading and overseeing the design and management of HR specialist practices. These include people resourcing, reward and compensation as well as the development and implementation of reward strategies to attract potential candidates.

Responsibilities

  • Consult and participate with HR Head in the drafting processes, regulations, instructions, announcements related to labor regulation, employee handbook, remuneration policy,..etc
  • Manage and update employee databases on the HR system (Base, G-Drive, org chart…etc).
  • In charge of on-boarding / off-boarding process, drafting and implementing legal procedures with employees including labor contract, renewal agreement, appendices, decisions,...etc. Scanning and archiving data for employee history and payroll.
  • Perform timekeeping and payroll calculation (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime payment, unpaid leave, sick leave…) and payslip for employees. 
  • Implement other benefits for employees and related procedures for government: social & health insurance, additional healthcare insurance, PIT registration, union, labor report, relocation package with vendors (work permit, residence card, housing,....etc) 
  • Coordinate with the accounting department regarding the payroll process and related payments. 
  • Keep updated on changes in labor, insurance, union, and compensation package on market and provide the report when requested. 
  • Be the point of contact for employee clarification. 
  • Other tasks assigned by the HR Head.

Requirements

  • College or Bachelor’s degree or related field such as Law or Business Administration or Finance. 
  • Have a minimum of 2-4 years of equivalent position.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnam Labor Law, PIT, Insurance, Union, and related labor regulations and practices.
  • Familiar with Base or HR platforms in general. 
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Good service mindset and cooperative spirit.
  • Detailed orientated, high responsibility, ability to meet deadlines.
