Job description

Responsible for sales and services provided to partners, agents and customers.

Understand and analyze the market in the area of responsibility.

Implement business policies according to the company's sales method.

Manage and develop the portfolio of agents and end users

Job Requirement

General activities:

Execute sales action plans and develop business within the assigned territory.

Propose suitable product and service solutions following company policies.

Develop new dealers and strengthen relationships to grow sales and market share.

Support dealers and end-users through promotions, training, and daily assistance.

Monitor performance, resolve issues in credit, billing, and supply.

Manage dealer credit exposure and control operating budgets effectively.

Submit regular reports and follow up on vehicle inspections and tire performance

Dealer activities:

Manage sales targets and dealer visits to achieve business objectives.

Negotiate and develop partnerships with dealers and new customers.

Implement sales policies and distribution programs within assigned territory.

Monitor dealer performance, contracts, and brand compliance.

Report business results and market updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

Support dealers with product training, sales tools, and promotional materials.

Ensure dealers are well-informed and capable of representing company products effectively.

Specific activities for Dealer TB:

Communicate to dealer for further actions

Inform of end-user’s order taken

End-user information (pattern advice, pressure advice, vehicles checking reporting…)

End – users activitives:

Promote and expand market share among end-users.

Visit end-users to monitor product performance and compare with competitors.

Inspect vehicles, track tire conditions, and advise proper pressure and patterns.

Record tire performance data and update reports for follow-up actions.

Present cost-per-kilometer and fuel-saving comparisons to competitors.

Territory market, KPI’s analysis: 

Review SISO and sales reports from dealers and report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Analyze dealer portfolio and assess performance versus investment levels.

Plan and schedule dealer visits, setting clear qualitative and quantitative objectives.

Develop and execute operational action plans aligned with company strategy.

Update dealer data and visit records in SFA after each meeting.

Collect and share market intelligence on competition, pricing, and business conditions.

Monitor sales activities, measure deviations, and propose corrective actions.

Track key indicators, budgets, and performance results to adjust future action plans.

Working place: Hanoi

Working time: Mon-Fri

3-5 years experiences in sales position in technical products. Preferable in  automobile or tool or machinery

Good Analyst skill, technical background

Good communication in both English & Vietnamese

Good under pressure and non- standard working time

Willing to travel to business trip
