- Researching and develop the wheat flour and bakery pre-mix;
- Take responsibility for the researching and developing new products given by R&D General Manager, make plans, conduct researching and developing new products as well as improve the quality of current products required by the customers;
- Take responsibility for making plan, ensure the deadline for researching and developing of new products;
- Improve the quality of products according to the demands of markets and customers;
- Take responsibility for making report periodiccally about result of related researching;
- Meet mandatory requirements to follow company’s legislation and carry out any other work or assume any other responsibility assigned by the Superior as and when necessary.
- Major in Food Technology. Fluency in communication in English;
- At least 3 year in R&D for Seafood Premix, Bakery Premix;
- English is a must.
